Update time to the Shape Up Sept post I wrote last week. I did not walk 70,000 steps last week and I am quite disappointed with myself but this is a new week! I seem to come up with many reasons not to go out and walk…ie: too hot out, it is raining, I don’t feel like it….the list goes on.
I decided it was time to look for an alternative to walking outside to motivate me on the days that I am lazy. Ta dah—I found Leslie Sansone’s Walk At Home Program….now I have NO excuse for not walking 10,000 steps a day!

I like to walk in parks, but usually end up around where we live, its just easier to get out and do it if close to home.
