I started getting regular massages 3 1/2 years ago. Before I started visiting my RMT, I had constant backaches and always felt tense. My friend started telling me about how good she felt after getting a massage and to start using my work health benefits. Reluctantly I booked an appointment. I had doubts…how much could a massage change my life.
I was hooked after the first session and still go regularly 3 1/2 years later. I can tell when my body needs a massage. I can literally feel the stress build in my shoulders and the tension in my neck. I can honestly say that massages changed my life. I no longer suffer from back pain. I no longer feel like a tightly wrapped ball of nerves. When I am stressed, need to relax and melt away tension, I call my RMT and immediately feel better.
Benefits of Massage:
According to The Mayo Clinic and MassageTherapy.com, massages can decreased anxiety, provide greater energy, reduce fatigue, increase circulation and help with digestion disorders and insomnia.

Awesome! I would love to get a massage – mainly for my upper back and shoulders! I find sitting at a computer a lot tends to tighten my shoulders up!

What a great giveaway. I would love to get a massage and try to do that regularly, or a pedicure but being mid-Ultimate season I am lacking a toenail or two 🙂

What a wonderful giveaway, Ann! I go to massages regularly too. These, combined with hot yoga once a week have brought such great benefits to my health and happiness 🙂
I shared with my communities, it’s a great present for someone to relax and recharge a bit!

I would so go for a pedi, my poor feets really need one (there is no worse feeling than that of sandpaper feet scraping against the sheets.) Actually I really think all women should have them…feet aren’t pretty!
Ann says
Oh, I hate it when my rough feet scrape the sheets! Thanks for entering the giveaway 🙂
