I love listening to relaxation apps at bed time. I find it a great way to clear my mind and get rid of stress and anxiety. They are a very effective way to relax my mind, slow down my breathing and clean my mind of negative thoughts.

All the relaxation downloads from Lucinda Bassett are fantastic.
Turn off the tv, get comfortable and turn on one of the apps. The apps are hypnotic and very easy to listen to. Right away you will notice your breathing change and you will feel all the stress lift from your body.
