I have been following a popular youtube yoga channel and some awesome home yoga workouts for a while now. I am starting to feel some of the benefits you mention above, especially number 1 and 2.
A few years back I used to do it regularly and follow classes. Getting back to doing yoga again has been a great eye-opener for how incredible inflexible I have become lol.
