Self care is an important part of daily life. I am focusing on self care in 2014 and decided that everyday I will be adding a self care tip to this page. You can also follow the hashtag #KickAssTips

2. Cherish your friends. Surround yourself with people that make you happy and love you.

7. Get a massage. There are numerous benefits associated with getting regular massages.
8. Buy a new book and spend 30 minutes a day reading in a quiet spot.
9. Buy yourself fresh flowers.
10. Relax in a quiet spot with a blanket and a coffee or tea.

I love your tips for daily self-care tips! Some of them I can’t do but wish that I could (sneak away for a nap), but most of them are doable! My favs have to be writing in a journal and taking time to read. These activities really do relieve some of the stress I have on hectic days! Thanks for sharing these tips, Ann!
